In Case of Fire
You are in a building that has been constructed under stringent fire safety standards, with the most advanced fire detection system available. All floors and apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. It is important that you familiarize yourself with these instructions, ensuring that you are prepared in the event of an emergency.
Upon Arrival
Upon entering your room, establish the route towards the emergency exits, which you would take in case of fire. Locate and confirm the position of the fire alarm and extinguisher on your floor. Please note that each building tower is equipped with an emergency stairwell leading to the ground floor which will be fully pressurized in case of a fire emergency.
If You Discover a Fire
Pull the nearest fire alarm. If possible, close all doors around the fire area in order to keep the fire from spreading. Attempt to put out only small fires by using a fire extinguisher. Avoid engaging in large fires and exit the building quickly. Listen for announcements and do not use the elevators. Always take your room key. You will need to get back into your room if there are obstacles or fire blocking your way. Stay calm, do not hurry and try to keep relaxed. The danger is almost always less than you imagine it to be.
If You Hear an Alarm
If an evacuation is ordered and you are in your apartment exit the building quickly, and remember to take your key with you. You will need it to gain access later. With the back of your hand, test the door to the hallway to see if it is warm or cool. Open the door slowly if it is cool. Close the door quickly if there is fire or thick smoke in the hall.
Team Member Safety
All team members working on guest floors are equipped with a personal security device.

If you are planning to spend more than 2 days away, inform the Front Desk. If you fail to answer in-room calls or visits for more than 3 hours, our personnel will enter the room to ensure your wellbeing.
Medical Emergency
Press “0” on any house phone or notify a team member, in the event of an emergency, and we will call the appropriate medical emergency response team.
Doors
The hotel is monitored by security personnel; however, guests are advised to identify individuals through the security viewer in the door before admitting visitors. Room doors are fitted with a dead bolt. We recommend the use of these security measures when in your apartment.
Keys
For added security, your room key carries a special code and is not marked with the room number. If your key is misplaced, please advise the Front Desk and a new key will be issued to you.
